主講人：麥斯．藍思博（Max Landsberg）劍橋大學物理系畢業、史丹佛大學商學院企管碩士。 現為作家暨企業顧問。曾任麥肯錫顧問公司（McKinsey & Company）合夥人，負責協助麥肯錫顧問公司倫敦分公司的顧問們，培養專業技能，16年餘之後為獵人頭公司軒德管理顧問（Heidrick & Struggles）合夥人。在管理書籍方面，一九九六年大為暢銷，堪稱教練管理藝術的聖經The Tao of Coaching （《道──使你出類拔萃的方法》）20國語言行銷全世界。

Six Steps to Career Success

Steve was a real fighter – his death has challenged the ultimate meaning of Mastery success and it leads to heated discussions

TCCE-JC will invite the Best-selling business author Max Landsberg on 20th November (Sunday 2:00pm) to host a speech to share his experience and suggests six practical steps for building your career and perhaps achieving Mastery.

His entertaining talk draws graphic lessons from the successes of the Old Masters, and translates those lessons for 21st-Century Mastery.

Max was with strategy consultants McKinsey & Company for 16 years, and was a Partner there and subsequently at international headhunters Heidrick & Struggles. His book The Tao of Coaching , first published in 1996, has become a classic in the field of business coaching, translated into 20 languages.

Max has also authored books on motivation and leadership, and is a Governor of Roehampton University. Earlier, he worked at IBM, Accenture, and Boston Consulting Group after graduating from Cambridge University in Natural Sciences, and from Stanford Business School with an MBA.
